Ok friends, I hesitated posting this #teartrough rejuvenation because the effect is subtle by this photo and does the true result no justice! I want you all to see what a conservative approach can do, however. One syringe of Restylane Silk was divided between both sides using one cannula insertion site. She had no bruising and minimal swelling. This photo was taken about 10 minutes after the procedure. The whole face photo shows the impressive, but #naturalresult more effectively, but was not used out of respect for privacy of my patient. I like a very subtle, slow approach to tear troughs to minimize side effects. This was her first treatment, but additional rejuvenation of the cheeks and lid-cheek junction will only continue to soften the area.
