How is the treatment done?

Arriving at our clinic with freshly washed, makeup-free skin, we will apply a cooling gel to your skin that enhances the effects of the light therapy. The IPL PhotoFacial device will deliver light energy to your skin in a grid-like pattern over the area being treated. The treatment lasts in the range of 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.

Once the treatment is complete, you can expect to look as if you have a mild sunburn for a few hours, which slowly fades. You will need to apply sunscreen and can use makeup right away.
