PRIVÁ PRESTIGE Skin

12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP | $1200
Membership includes:
- $1440 Skin credit annually to use toward all retail skin care products and services.
- Products include PriváRX, Alastin, Pavise, Plated, and Isdin.
- Services include microneedling (with or without PRP/Exosomes), chemical peels, Aquagold, Hydrafacial, Spa Facials (Oxford only), and Dermaplane.
- Privá Tote with branded swag!
- Renewal rate $100 per month for $120 Skin credit per month upon completion of 12 months or full use of $1440 Skin Credit. Optional.
- Option to purchase additional $120 skin credits for $100 during active membership.
Membership Terms:
- CT Sales Tax not included. Must be collected at the time of membership purchase.
- Minimum 12 months required.
- Skin credits expire 13 months after enrollment. Credits may roll over while membership is active. All Skin credits expire one month after cancellation. Lapse in membership for any reason results in forfeiture of remaining credits.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
PRIVÁ PRESTIGE Bare

12-MONTH MEMBERSHIP | $1800
Membership includes:
- 24 Bare Credits annually and may be used on any eligible treatment area.
- XS or Small areas: 1 credit
- Medium areas: 2 credits
- Large or XL areas: 3 credits
- Full Leg: 4 credits
- 1 complimentary XS or Small area with each qualifying laser treatment visit.
- Member only pricing on additional laser credits: $75 per credit.
- Renewal rate $150 per month for 2 Bare Credits per month upon completion of 12 months or full use of 24 Bare Credits. Optional.
- Privá Tote with branded swag!
Membership Terms:

- Bare Credits expire 13 months after enrollment. Credits may roll over while membership is active. All Bare credits expire one month after cancellation.
- Complimentary XS or S areas are only redeemable with each qualifying laser treatment visit using Bare Credits. Maximum one per month. Complimentary treatments do not carry over.
- Credits have no cash value and are not transferrable.
Must adhere to minimum recommended laser intervals.
