Privá MedSpa has built its reputation in Fairfield County on natural-looking, expertly delivered aesthetic treatments, and alloClae is the newest addition to that lineup. Gabrielle Pino, PA-C, a nationally recognized injector with nearly two decades in plastics and aesthetics, recently completed certification to offer alloClae, giving patients in Fairfield and Westport a non-surgical way to add volume and refine body contours without an operating room. Every treatment plan is customized to the patient's anatomy and goals, consistent with the meticulous, natural-first approach Gabrielle is known for.
alloClae is a structural adipose (fat) matrix made from processed, purified donor tissue rather than synthetic gel. Manufacturers process the donor fat to remove DNA and cellular material while preserving the tissue's natural collagen matrix, proteins, and growth factors, so the material behaves like the body's own fat once injected.
Because alloClae is derived from human tissue, it falls under FDA oversight for human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps), which requires donor screening, testing, and processing standards designed to reduce the risk of disease transmission. According to the FDA, tissue establishments must screen and test donors and follow written procedures to help prevent the spread of communicable disease. Gabrielle sources alloClae through reputable, compliant suppliers and reviews each patient's candidacy carefully before treatment.
Once injected, the adipose matrix integrates with the surrounding tissue, allowing the area to gradually take on a soft, natural feel as the body incorporates the material over the following weeks.
Patients considering alloClae at Privá MedSpa can expect several advantages over surgical fat transfer or traditional implants:
alloClae is designed specifically for body contouring, and Gabrielle uses it to address several common concerns:
For patients who want added projection or fullness in the buttocks without a surgical Brazilian Butt Lift, alloClae offers a non-surgical way to build volume gradually and naturally, without harvesting fat from another area of the body.
Hip dips, the inward curve where the hip meets the thigh, are a common structural feature that some patients want to soften. alloClae can be placed precisely along this area to create a smoother, more continuous line from waist to thigh.
Asymmetries, divots, or unevenness left behind by weight changes, prior liposuction, or natural variations in fat distribution can often be refined with targeted alloClae injections, helping restore a more balanced, proportional shape.
Good candidates for alloClae in Fairfield & Westport, CT are patients in reasonably good health who want to add volume or smooth contour irregularities in the buttocks, hips, or body without undergoing surgery. Patients who are too thin for traditional fat grafting, or who simply prefer to avoid liposuction and a surgical recovery, are often excellent candidates. A consultation with Gabrielle Pino, PA-C at Privá MedSpa is the best way to determine whether alloClae, Sculptra BBL, or another option best fits your goals.
Gabrielle Pino, PA-C has practiced in plastics and aesthetics since 2006 and is recognized nationally as a "Most Loved Injector" by RealSelf. Her background assisting in plastic and reconstructive surgery gives her an in-depth understanding of facial and body anatomy that informs precise, natural-looking placement with every injectable she offers, including alloClae. Patients travel to Privá MedSpa in Fairfield from Westport, Southport, Norwalk, and beyond because they trust Gabrielle's judgment and steady hand with advanced aesthetic treatments.
As one of the most established med spas in Fairfield County, Privá MedSpa combines this level of expertise with a private, boutique-style setting on Sherman Street, so patients considering alloClae in Fairfield can expect the same discretion and personalized care the practice is known for across its injectable and body contouring menu.
Every alloClae treatment begins with a one-on-one consultation with Gabrielle Pino, PA-C to evaluate your anatomy, discuss your goals, and confirm you're a good candidate. Because treatment plans and product volume vary by patient, pricing for alloClae is available upon consultation.
alloClae is administered in-office using local anesthesia, so patients remain awake and comfortable throughout. Using a specialized cannula, Gabrielle strategically places the adipose matrix into the treatment area to build volume and smooth contour, typically in a single session lasting under an hour, depending on the areas treated.
Most patients return to normal activities shortly after treatment, though mild swelling and bruising are common in the first several days. Added volume is visible right away, with final results becoming clearer as post-treatment swelling resolves over the following weeks.
alloClae isn't the only way Privá MedSpa helps patients enhance their shape without surgery. Sculptra BBL uses a collagen-stimulating injectable to gradually build volume over a series of sessions, while Emsculpt Neo builds muscle and reduces fat through non-invasive energy rather than injectable volume. During your consultation, Gabrielle will help determine whether alloClae, Sculptra BBL, Emsculpt Neo, or a combination approach best matches your goals for body contouring.
No. alloClae is a non-surgical injectable treatment performed in-office under local anesthesia, with no incisions, general anesthesia, or operating room required.
Traditional fat transfer (fat grafting) requires liposuction to harvest a patient's own fat before it's re-injected elsewhere. alloClae uses pre-processed donor adipose tissue instead, so no donor site or liposuction is needed.
Results vary by individual, but the adipose matrix is designed to integrate with surrounding tissue for a long-lasting, natural feel. Gabrielle Pino, PA-C will discuss expected longevity for your specific treatment plan during your consultation.
Yes. alloClae can be used specifically to soften hip dips and smooth the transition between the waist and thigh, even for patients who aren't seeking overall buttock volume.
As with any injectable procedure, risks can include swelling, bruising, asymmetry, or the need for a touch-up. Gabrielle reviews your full risk profile during your consultation to help you make an informed decision.
