The patient underwent tear trough rejuvenation using hyaluronic acid dermal filler to address mild under-eye hollowing and shadowing. During one appointment, 1 syringe (1 cc) of Restylane Silk was administered and evenly divided between both tear troughs using a single cannula insertion site.
The after photograph was taken approximately 10 minutes following the procedure, demonstrating early improvement in the under-eye contour with a conservative approach focused on subtle volume restoration.
